Life at Orion

While interviewing at Orion, I suspected this place was different. It was clear to me that Orion deliberately sought employees who value collaboration and integrity. Growing up, a message consistently reinforced by my parents and loved ones was “treat others how you want to be treated.” When I entered the workforce, I quickly realized that not all workplaces follow this. I decided early on in my career to strive to work for organizations that share this value with me. My experiences at Orion and Helios have only confirmed what I originally suspected – this place is different. When team members treat each other how they want to be treated, everything else falls into place. This environment is what I love about Orion, and it is what allows me to show up contributing my best effort every single day.

My experience working for Astra Service Partners at Orion has literally been a game changer for me! My role as a Talent Acquisition Director has taken my career to the next level. The Orion atmosphere is such a strong team environment, where everyone is learning as we go, constantly looking for areas of improvement and striving to meet our quarterly, yearly and 5-year goals. I love that we are all aligned and given the tools that we need to accomplish our goals. One of the most rewarding pieces of my job is recruiting for technician roles. Having insight into company leadership’s deep respect for the value of the technician role, as well as knowing that our technicians will receive ongoing training & development and unlimited career growth makes it fun to present these opportunities to possible new talent!
